Every character in the HappyTottii® world exists because Doris believed that the small moments: a morning coffee, a walk in the park, a message to a friend. They all deserved their own language.
It started the way the best things do: quietly, without a grand plan. Doris Taussig, an artist who had spent years working across design and illustration, began drawing characters in the margins, small, expressive, alive with feeling. Friends noticed. Then strangers. Then the internet.
HappyTottii® wasn't launched. It grew. Organically, one character at a time, until there were hundreds. Then thousands. Each one hand-crafted, each one part of the same consistent visual world: warm, witty, and instantly recognisable as HappyTottii®.
The turning point came in 2022, when HappyTottii® was named Award-Winning Emoji Character at License Show Las Vegas, one of the most important IP events in the world. The industry had caught up to what fans already knew: this was an IP with real emotional pull.
Today, HappyTottii® is available to licence globally across merchandise, apps, publishing, games, corporate use, and custom commissions. Every deal is handled directly with Doris. No agents, no middlemen, no gatekeepers. Just a creator who cares deeply about where her characters go and how they're used.
